We sell factory overruns and we are not affiliated to the respective labels. All products are authentic and source directly from independent suppliers.

We are based in Singapore.

As quantities for overruns are limited and inventory levels may not be up-to-date, please send us a screenshot of your shopping cart before you checkout! We will respond to you within 30 minutes during our working hours.

Please ensure that you have read everything below, especially if it's your first time buying from us.

We strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible!

TOTAL WAIT TIME = PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME

Processing Time:

• We do not carry inventory with us. Unless otherwise stated, most orders have a processing time of 10 days (transit time from factory to us)
• For on-hand items (only if stated as on-hand), orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day

Shipping Time for local (Singapore) orders:

• Next-day doorstep tracked delivery
• Free for payment via PayNow, otherwise a flat rate of S$7.00 applies

Shipping Time for international orders:

• Choose between DHL (2-7 days) and Standard Shipping (5-21 days) at checkout
• Shipping rates and time depending on weight and destination are reflected at checkout for the different options

Please note that processing and shipping time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. As such, it is good practice to give ample safety buffer and order as early as possible if you need your items by a hard deadline. If you have a rush order, we may not be able to accept the order.

For local (Singapore) orders, prices include taxes.

For international orders, duties and import taxes are not paid at checkout and will be borne by the buyer if required. Contact us (@cof.clt) to find out more!

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges to keep our prices low. Once checkout is completed, we are unable to change or cancel your order.
