We sell factory overruns and we are not affiliated to the respective brands. All products are authentic and sourced directly from independent suppliers.

Before placing an order (Important!)

As quantities for overruns are limited and inventory levels may not be up-to-date, when checking out products which are listed more than 3 days ago, please send us a screenshot of your shopping cart on Instagram before you checkout!

We will respond to you within 30 minutes (& within our waking hours :P).

Please ensure that you have read everything below, especially if it's your first time buying from us ☺️

Shipping and Delivery / Wait Time

We strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible!

Wait Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time:

  • Most orders have a processing time of 10 business days (transit time from the factory to us!).
  • For on-hand items, orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.

Shipping for local (Singapore) orders:

  • Next-day doorstep tracked delivery
  • FREE for payment via PayNow, otherwise a flat rate of $6.00 applies.

Shipping for international orders:

  • Shipping rates (based on volumetric weight) & transit time are calculated at checkout. Select your preferred shipping option (Standard Shipping or DHL Express).

*Please note that processing and shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Discounts

  • 5% off any 2 items auto applied at checkout (after our opening promo ends) ❤️
  • For Singapore addresses, please select PayNow for payment mode to enjoy free shipping
  • Contact us if you’re buying in bulk :)

Refunds/Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges in order to keep our prices low. All items are brand new. Some items may have creases, loose threads which do not constitute as defects.

For a full exchange/refund policy, we advise to shop at full-priced retail sites instead.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are not paid at checkout and will be borne by the buyer.

For local (Singapore) orders, prices include taxes.
